I am currently managing two projects. Through these projects, I have gained experience in planning and understanding production-related tasks. My department has multiple levels of managers that I need to report to, which can be challenging. Some of my colleagues are helpful and willing to assist me as a new member of the team. The most difficult aspect of the job is when I receive a project handover and am unsure of the correct approach. The most rewarding part of the job is interacting with the shop floor employees who are supportive.
