Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to deliveries.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes and efficiency.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to the logistics management team.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Operational Oversight: Oversee daily logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution. Ensure that all logistics activities are aligned with company goals and customer requirements
Safety Awareness : Ensure driver follow safety requirement at all times
