Manage the installation of large and medium mechanical projects, such as pressure relief valves and plumbing, ensuring they meet specifications, budget, and deadlines. Cultivate strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Monitor subcontractors' performance to ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements. Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of subcontractor work. Train and develop field personnel, including workers and foremen. Promote a safe work environment through safety meetings and incident investigations. Supervise technical team activities and assignments. Prepare and update technical activity reports.
