It was earlier a partnership firm known as JURUNILAI BERSEKUTU with an office in Kuala Lumpur and later expanded with branches in Penang, Kedah, Negeri Sembilan and Johor. By the time it was incorporated in June 2003 as JB JURUNILAI BERSEKUTU SDN BHD, the company has an established network of 9 offices in most part of Peninsular Malaysia. The firm is registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia (LPPEH).
