Work starts at 9:00 a.m. and finishes at 10:00 p.m. with a one-hour break typically from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. The busiest times are during lunch and dinner, but the situation is always under control. I have learned to handle multiple tasks and improve my communication skills. The management is strong and the restaurant is well-established with quality control overseen by the central office for all branches in Malaysia. My colleagues are skilled and friendly, which has had a positive impact on me. The most challenging aspect of the job is meeting the diverse needs of customers, while the most rewarding part is the satisfaction of serving people and looking forward to coming to work each day.
