We are a medium size Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, Electrical, Mechanical & Quantity Survey Consultant firm registered with relevant authorities in Malaysia as required under Malaysia Law and regulation including registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and Ministry of Finance (MoF). We have 51 Dedicated Professional and Sub Professional Staff from various disciplines and extensive working experience in an Iconic Mega Projects throughout the years in JSPA and their past company.
JSPA provides a broad range of engineering consultancy services relating to structural, civil, geotechnical, facade and environmental engineering. Our services cover full multi-disciplinary engineering, supervision, technical audits, value engineering and project management.

JSPA extensive experience and expertise in relation to Road, Highway and Bridges covers:-
Road Bridges using steel and/or concrete. These include using segmental prestress box girder, cast in-situ post tension beam as well as common prestress precast beam girders

JSPA has an in-house Geotechnical Division. This offers a service in Geotechnical Engineering, either on separate commissions or more usually as a supplementary service for structural, civil and industrial engineering commissions.

Analysis and design of retaining walls for multi-storey basements
Application of experience and soil technology to the design and construction of foundations and earthworks and to their effect on neighbouring structures
Preparation of soil investigation tenders, tender evaluation, supervision for all field and laboratory work and interpretation of results
Detailed analysis of the soil masses and prediction of their response to change in state brought about by imposed forces, excavation or changes in ground water regime
Identification of the engineering properties of soil masses
Proposals for the underpinning of existing buildings with inadequate foundations
The design development and construction of all forms of foundations including piling, diaphragm walls, rock and ground anchors
