I used to start my work day around 6:45am and would leave the office at approximately 7:30pm. There was a cafeteria where I could make coffee or tea and have light snacks at my desk while working. My colleagues were very helpful and created a lively environment. Working with engineers from various disciplines helped me learn more about the scope of engineering and appreciate the bigger picture. The office management was strict, but it motivated people to perform at their best.

One of the highlights of the job was collaborating with my friend and gaining knowledge from him about the scope of work. The most challenging aspect of the job was having to sketch the bridge on site if the drawing was not available.
