Tentang KAJ Development Sdn Bhd

KAJ DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD (KAJD) was incorporated by the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 5th January 2007, and numbered **8285-D.  KAJD had been registered and obtained contractor’s license from the Industrial Board of Malaysia  (CIDB) grade G5 and developer’s license from the Ministry of Housing and Local Government.

KAJD started as a contractor company and had successfully completed a number of public and private projects such as the Melaka Wonderland Theme Park, Upgrading of Shoplots in Pulau Melaka, etc. and several projects are ongoing such as the Malaysia Eye Theme Park and resort, condos and hotels.

KAJD has advanced further in business expansion by directly involved as the property developer. The first project as a developer is to reclaimed 609 sea land at Melaka, Bandar Hilir, Daerah Melaka Tengah, Melaka.  As a developer, KAJD also undertakes as the "Master Planner"  for the development of the reclaimed land known as "Melaka Gateway". The 609 acres project has been approved by the Melaka State Government as three ( 3 ) islands . The "Master Plan" for Melaka Gateway has been creatively designed with vision by world renowned architects, to be tourism islands so as to bring in more businesses and attract more foreign investors to Melaka in particular, and Malaysia in general.

KAJD group also involved into the business of hospitality, such as water theme park, zoo, bird park, restaurants and hotel.
