The management is effective and the managers are understanding. The workplace culture requires staff to undergo injections and medical checkups before being hired. Additionally, we must attend a one-day course on procedures and job-related tasks. The most challenging aspect is when there is a shortage of staff due to medical leave, resulting in slower service during peak hours. The most rewarding part is being recognized as the employee of the month.
