My coworkers and the lab manager are supportive and always willing to teach. Additionally, every Thursday there is a CME session for staff to learn and a forum for individuals from various fields to share their experiences for mutual growth and improvement.

I was given the responsibility of managing the marketing for the company's corporate health plan. It was exciting to interact with new people every day. The experience was enjoyable and I had a great mentor who was supportive and friendly. The company occasionally organizes additional activities such as health campaigns and talks for their corporate partners. I particularly enjoyed these events as my colleagues, including laboratory mates, doctors, and nurses, were all very supportive and willing to help. Some challenges I faced included competition from competitors and a shortage of manpower.
