Review and integrate regulatory requirements into internal policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal controls across business units.
Conduct gap analysis and compliance assessments, identifying regulatory shortcomings and implementing corrective measures.
Examine and analyze data to evaluate the adequacy, efficiency and effectiveness of internal procedures and controls within operational and financial processes.
Support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks, particularly operational, financial, and compliance risks that could impact the business.
To work alongside the team to identify ways to keep improving and be confident in suggesting ideas for improvement.
To act as the key person in internal control to ensure timely feedback on the achievement of operational or strategic goals, and compliance with laws and regulations.
To coordinate meetings and organize strategic projects, activities, and events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
To facilitate internal communication such as distributing information and scheduling presentations.
To prepare periodic analysis of various business reports.
To liaise with internal/ external parties in a professional manner as required while conveying the message accurately and in a timely manner.
To keep track and follow up reports to ensure timelines are met.
Cross-functional coordination with other divisions.
To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS AND ACADEMIC REQUIREMEMT:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Law, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
Experienced in auditing and accounting will be an advantage.
Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
Strong multi-tasker with attention to detail, eager to learn and willing to take responsibility.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related tools.
Good communication skills and good command of both spoken and written English.
