Tentang Maju Intan Biomass Energy Sdn Bhd

Maju Intan Biomass Energy Sdn Bhd ("MJE"), located in Teluk Intan, Perak, is a 12.5MW biomass waste-to-energy facility that uses palm Empty Fruit Bunches ("EFB") as its primary fuel. MJE sells 10MW of power to Tenaga Nasional Berhad under a 16-year power purchase agreement on a Build-Own-Operate basis. MJE is partially owned and operated by Colben Energy, a regional power developer with projects in Cambodia and Vietnam.
