Once a student ourselves, Maxihomes management team was established since 2010 by a group of passionate student and professionals, providing quality accommodation to both local and international students, as well as working class employees.

 

Since incorporation, Maxihomes management has accommodated more than 3000 of residents from various industries, namely Sunway University, Monash University, The One Acadamic, Sunway Medical Center, Menara Pinnacale, KDU Glenmarie and etc. Today, Maxihomes is managing over 600 rooms within Klang Valley itself.

 

Leveraging from the experience and commitment from the dedicative work force, all of our accommodations are equipped with fully furnished rooms, quality bed and internet access. Our services include but not limited providing maid cleaning, regular inspection and efficient technical support by our team to ensure a delightful living experience of the tenants.

 

Furthermore, in order to provide peaceful minds to both our premise owners and tenants, Maxihomes is always seeking ways to improve our management and services through continuous innovation, and striving to be more effective and efficient in our services. We have invested in our very own Leasing Management System on both Internet and Mobile app for more effective operation management, SMS system for prompt communication with tenant. Hence, we are able to provide professional and satisfactory leasing services to all our clients.

 

In addition to this, as part of our corporate social responsibility (CSR) program, Maxihomes is always supporting and sponsoring for local social events. We try our very best to contribute to as many charity event as well as university sponsorship.
