During my semester break, I took on a part-time job that turned out to be surprisingly enjoyable. I had a variety of responsibilities, such as making popcorn, selling tickets, checking tickets, assisting customers, handling complaints, cleaning up after shows, and more. The workplace had a friendly and fun atmosphere, and I made many new friends. This job taught me patience when dealing with difficult customers and problems. I found it interesting to observe the different behaviors of people. Additionally, the job made me more active as I was constantly moving around, except when selling tickets. My manager often assigned me to work at the concession stand, where I excelled at working quickly.

Our main responsibility as employees is to sell tickets and food at the cinema. I have gained experience in dealing with various types of customers and providing friendly customer service. The work environment is positive and lively. The most challenging aspect of the job is receiving criticism from the boss for low sales or shortages of money, as well as facing complaints from customers. However, the job is enjoyable because of the camaraderie with colleagues and the fun atmosphere.
