Company Profile

The Malaysian Institute for Debate and Public Speaking (MIDP) is an educational institution which aims to facilitate the advancement of human capital in Malaysia through the development and promotion of leadership and soft skills.

 

As the leading expert on debating and public speaking in Malaysia, MIDP provides opportunities and support on matters relating to critical and creative thinking as well as communication skills and character building to various stakeholders with a view of improving soft skill literacy and accessibility to the general public. 

 

MIDP does this through our four (4) core operations: Events, Training, Consultancy, and Advocacy. Our Events Operations involve the organisation of nationwide competitions, workshops, forums, and public events which centres around oratory skills, leadership development and critical discourse.
