A typical day at work includes morning discussions with superiors and subordinates, paperwork, site inspections, meetings with PMC and clients at least twice a month. I have learned new technical knowledge such as utilities work and Light Rail Transit (LRT). My management skills have improved, including coordination work. I advise my co-workers on how to produce excellent performance. The hardest part of the job is getting the work done on time. The most enjoyable part is receiving credit for work carried out, especially from the client, and when work is completed smoothly without errors.
