Key Responsibilities:

Production Management

Lead and oversee daily production operations to meet production targets and delivery schedules.

Cost Control & Efficiency

Implement and monitor cost control measures to optimize productivity and minimize waste.

Quality Assurance

Ensure product quality meets company standards through on-site quality control checks.

Safety Leadership

Drive workplace safety initiatives to achieve zero-accident targets and maintain a safe working environment.

Team Development

Train, guide, and supervise local production team members to enhance skills and performance.

Continuous Improvement

Collaborate with management to improve processes, optimize operations, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above with more than two years of production management experience.
Understand lean production, 5S and safe and civilized production knowledge, ISO 9001 basic knowledge
Good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork abilities.
Proficient in production planning, inventory management, and quality control
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure to meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
