Every day follows a similar routine where we greet and assist customers, learning new things and meeting various personalities. We also pick up new languages and techniques while adhering to management guidelines to help the company succeed. Dealing with difficult customers can be tough, but we must remember that the customer is always right and practice patience. Working abroad presents additional challenges due to diverse nationalities, cultures, and beliefs, but I find it rewarding to establish good communication and make friends from different backgrounds.
