Key Responsibilities

Building & Facilities Maintenance

Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, windows, roofing, etc.).
Monitor and maintain facility utilities such as compressed air, water supply, and drainage systems.
Ensure fire-fighting equipment, alarm systems, and safety systems are fully operational.
Support space planning, office renovation, and facility upgrade

Manufacturing Facility Support

Health, Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with OSHA, local regulatory, and environmental standards.
Maintain proper records of facility inspections, maintenance activities, and audits.
Support EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) initiatives.

General Duties

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in building or facility maintenance (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
Hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and general building systems.
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, or standby duty as required.

Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Good communication skills for reporting and coordination with contractors/vendors.

Work Condition

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
