N.A.K. System Distribution (M) Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 15 August 1995, and registered under the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia with Bumiputra status.

It started with two retail office stationery outlets in Damansara Utama and Kuala Terengganu where it currently operates from. The business is centred and garnered at being a major supplier of printing supplies, books, general and office stationeries, office equipment and automation, office furniture, souvenirs, pantry supplies, computer peripherals, IT accessories, consumables and related services.
