• Provide high level technical support to Indonesia Distributors / Customers & SEA customers (as and when required).
• Installation, Commissioning & Customer Training.
• To attend customer complaint and solve the problem and provide high customer satisfaction.
• Attending Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance and resolving problems in the machines and Tools at the customer site.
• Identify and implement upgradation / retrofit opportunity.
