Admin Executive

Full Time

RM 2,000 – RM 2,500 per month

Are you an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual looking to grow in an administrative role? We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Executive to support our daily office operations, maintain records, and assist with documentation and correspondence. If you enjoy multitasking and working in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing & document management
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and financial records
Handle correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls) efficiently
Maintain and update company databases & office supplies
Support HR-related tasks and assist in handling customer inquiries
Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures
Carry out other administrative duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Diploma qualification
Prior experience in administration or HR is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong multitasking & organizational skills
Good communication skills in written & spoken English/Bahasa Malaysia
Ability to work independently & in a team
Detail-oriented with high accuracy in documentation
