I joined the company after the department had already been established as a new branch of a larger company. Despite the challenges faced during the initial period, I was able to earn the trust of the company through my hard work and dedication. Many companies were forced to shut down during this time, leading to widespread unemployment. However, with the support of management and our collective efforts, we were able to overcome these obstacles and progress to the next level. I believe that every workplace has its challenges, but it is important to remain focused on your tasks and goals, rather than getting caught up in negativity. The academic environment, supportive manager, access to necessary equipment, timely salary payments, and opportunities for learning and gaining experience in related fields all contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
