We are looking for a responsible and proactive Customer Service / Operation Admin to join our team. If you enjoy communicating with customers and handling daily operational tasks, we welcome you to apply.

Responsibilities

Reply to customer inquiries through online platforms (chat / messaging)
Contact customers regarding orders, inquiries, or issues
Handle customer return and refund requests
Follow up on the progress of return and refund cases
Update and record return or customer service information
Assist supervisor with document preparation and administrative work
Support daily operational and administrative tasks

Job Details

Position: Full-time
Working Hours: 6 working days
Location: Nibong Tebal, Pulau Pinang - Mainland (near Parit Buntar)
Salary: Based on experience

Requirements

Minimum Diploma
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (additional languages are a plus)
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
Customer service or admin experience is an added advantage
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
