We are currently seeking a qualified, knowledgeable IT Professional to help our company develop, use, and integrate IT systems. He/She will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical problems and expertise in deploy solutions of various technologies. An ideal candidate would be both highly knowledgeable and customer-oriented. Communication skills must be exceptional to succeed in this role, including the ability to develop and deliver clear and highly useful presentations. Superior technical expertise in all relevant areas is a must, as is an aptitude for problem-solving.

Job Descriptions:

Manage IT infrastructure including hardware, software, server and network.
Provide technical support to end users, on-site and/or via remote access and troubleshoot any issues.
Ensure security and privacy of all computers and network.
Record and maintain IT asset inventory, software and software licenses.
Ensure the smooth running of IT systems and infrastructure, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Evaluating business processes and identify area of improvement.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in IT operations.
With experience in implement and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure.
Familiar with Windows Server, Hyper-V and Network infrastructure.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Good communication skills, details, and independence.
Possess own vehicle and able to work over time (if required).
Speaking different languages or dialects will be a bonus.
