Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and documentation.
Investigate and record non-conformances, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain and update quality-related records such as inspection reports, material safety data sheet, pesticide label, and certifications.
Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with ISO or other applicable standards.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Provide training to staff on quality procedures and awareness.
Ensure all products meet customer specifications and conform to legal or regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor Degree Major in Entomology & Parasitology
Other skill certification (if any)
Entry level applicants and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Training provided in ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & HACCP or other quality systems.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Computer literacy including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

Experience in Pest Control
Familiar with ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, or other quality systems depending on the industry.
