Key Responsibilities:

Implement, maintain, and improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
Conduct internal quality audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation, SOPs, and records.
Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Investigate quality issues and recommend improvement actions for the WIP & FG.
Coordinate with various departments on quality control matters.
Support management in continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform visual and dimensional, defect, inspections on incoming materials, components, and products.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in QA/QC within a manufacturing or production environment.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.
