My internship experience was excellent. The staff, including the boss, were friendly and helpful in guiding me through my tasks. I enhanced my editing and online marketing skills by creating posters, videos, and promoting the company's services on social media. This resulted in attracting new customers and potential future clients. I also learned about maintaining accurate transaction records to comply with regulations by inputting bank statements into the accounting system. Additionally, I took on administrative duties such as uploading documents to government websites on time. Despite some challenges due to limited staff, the workplace culture at Raudhah Associates was engaging, with the team enjoying meals together on Fridays. Meeting deadlines for various tasks was the most difficult aspect of the job, but seeing the company's services attract new customers and meet profit targets was the most rewarding part.
