In my role as an operator, I am responsible for completing the tasks assigned to me by my supervisor. If I am asked to work in a different department, I am able to do so. As a quality control specialist, it is my duty to thoroughly inspect each product, checking its weight and ensuring that it is in perfect condition.

I was taught how to create cosmetic products and I work five days a week. The management is supportive of the employees. The most challenging aspect of the job is during audit days, where I must ensure that the lab data is in compliance with regulations.

I discovered that this location is both fascinating and pleasant to work in. Upon starting my job there, I encountered numerous kind and helpful colleagues who were always willing to assist me and introduce me to new concepts. The quality control team, managers, and other employees were also friendly, dependable, and considerate individuals. The most rewarding aspect of my experience was the opportunity to learn and grow while meeting many wonderful people. The most challenging part was meeting the daily production targets, but I was able to successfully accomplish this task.

Clock in at 7 am, must not be late. I have gained knowledge on how the production line operates from beginning to end. The work environment is positive, but there are occasional outdoor activities that may impact the production line schedule.
