Job Scopes

Develop detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, deliverables.
Coordinate with stakeholders (including management, production and quality team) to define project scope and specifications.
Monitor and control project progress, adjusting as necessary to stay within timelines and budgets.
Ensure that all projects are delivered according to specifications and meet quality standards.
Liaise with procurement team to ensure all necessary materials, equipment and resources are sourced and delivered on time.
Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders and resolve any issues that arise.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Prepare and report regular project progress to Production Manager.
Preparing tendering document, costing and bill of material
To support the development of basic and detailed engineering designs using AutoCAD and other relevant tools.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Min 3 years of experience in project execution within mechanical, or engineering fields.
Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor for engineering design and layouts.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
Advanced in Microsoft Office ( word, excel, power point and outlook )

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
