QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor Of Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (IPTA/IPTS).
Have Registered Energy Manager (REM) Certificate from Energy Commission (ST).
Experienced at least 3 years in similar role.
Priority to those who have experience in building facility maintenances.
Good interpersonal skill and able to work as a team.
Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work on responsibility base rather than job base attitude.
Willing to learn and not just work smart but also work hard are welcome to apply.
Range salaries are based on certification and work experience.
Those who can start on-duty IMMEDIATELY will be an advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for to provide a continuous service for monitoring and managing energy usage and conservation
Responsible to identify opportunities and implement steps taken to reduce energy consumption.
Responsible to implement a continuous improvement process on energy usage and review annually the building performance against current best practice.
Responsible to institute an energy conservation program within a year.
Responsible to carry out energy audit and benchmarking of the building energy consumption in the first year and every year.
Responsible to set up and Energy Management committee and provide awareness training to staff.
Responsible to integrate best energy management practice in the daily operation and servicing of the building system.
Assist and engage in Quality Management System (QMS) and also assist the company in implementing the ISO system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
