Smart Provident Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 2010 as a contractor with CIDB G5 registration. The company is lead by a group of people who had been active and experienced in construction industries more than 20 years.

We specialize in a wide range of construction projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial buildings, as well as infrastructure and civil engineering projects. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to delivering projects on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Our mission is to deliver exceptional results that exceed our clients’ expectations, and we are committed to achieving this through our core values of integrity, teamwork, and excellence. 

Our main business includes site miscellaneous works (especially in site hoarding), manufacturing of steel product, excavator rental and transportation services. In year 2021, the company had taken a challenge by transforming the business into renovation works, especially in residential and commercial retail renovation.
