Every day, I am learning more about human behavior and how to interact with both top management and production operators, especially those who are foreign workers. It has been both challenging and enjoyable. The top management is highly supportive and prioritizes health, safety, and environmental concerns in the factory. Clear communication and the cooperation of all individuals at every level make things run smoothly. The atmosphere is friendly, and there are many opportunities for learning and growth.
