STRATA PARK (M) SDN BHD or be known as SPM adopts the latest ISO 9001requirement as the principle for developing this Management System Manual (MSM). The extent of this Management System (MS) established is based on the nature of our organization, complexity and interaction of the processes and competency of our personnel. The Top Management of SPM shall demonstrate its full commitment in establishing, documenting, implementing, maintaining and continual improvement of this MS in accordance with the latest ISO 9001 standard requirements.

All personnel in the organization are involved in the MS. They are expected to understand the requirements of the latest ISO 9001 standard and their role in the implementation of the MS. The organization shall focus on meeting client's requirements and continually improve its business processes as part of its efforts to strive for excellence.
