1. HR & FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR

Human Resources (HR)

Manage recruitment of new employees, including job advertisements, resume screening, and interviews.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and related documents.
Maintain employee personal files and ensure all documents are complete and up to date.
Handle staff training and development activities.

Finance and Accounting

Prepare and record invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Review and process staff claims and expenses.
Organize and update financial records and basic accounting reports.
Manage payment of utility bills, vendors, and suppliers.
Assist in the preparation of documents for audits and taxation purposes.

General Administrative Duties

Manage company correspondence and filing of important documents.
Oversee the purchase and inventory of office stationery supplies.
Prepare official letters such as support letters, memos, and internal notices.
Support other departments with daily administrative tasks.
Organize meeting schedules, take minutes, and maintain meeting records

2. EV CHARGER TECHNICIAN

Installation and Testing

Perform installation of electric vehicle (EV) chargers at customer locations or commercial premises.
Conduct system testing after installation to ensure proper and safe operation.
Read and interpret technical drawings, circuit schematics, and system specifications.
Ensure installations comply with safety standards and established guidelines.

Maintenance and Repair

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on EV chargers.
Troubleshoot and repair faults or technical issues in EV charging systems.
Replace damaged or worn-out components such as cables, fuses, and circuit boards.
Prepare work reports and maintenance documentation.

Customer Service

Interact with customers to explain the proper use of EV chargers.
Respond to technical inquiries regarding EV chargers and provide basic support.
Report any customer-related issues to management for further action.

Safety and Compliance

Ensure all work complies with electrical safety guidelines and industry regulations.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safe work practices.
Prepare compliance and test documentation for audit or certification purposes.

3. LEGAL EXECUTIVE

Conduct legal research related to acts, regulations, and legal references.
Ensure the company complies with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Maintain and organize legal documents and records systematically.
Liaise with external lawyers, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
Assist in dispute resolution and litigation matters when necessary.
Provide legal support to internal departments on legal-related issues.
Monitor deadlines and perform legal administrative tasks.

4. PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Prepare project documents such as appointment letters, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
Organize and maintain project files, both in physical and digital formats.
Coordinate meeting schedules, site visits, and project team assignments.
Monitor project progress and assist in the preparation of periodic reports.
Communicate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties.
Prepare purchase requisitions (PR), invoices, and other supporting documents.
Support daily administrative tasks related to the project.
Ensure all project activities comply with company procedures and guidelines

5. ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

Perform installation, servicing, and repair of electrical equipment/systems at project sites or customer premises.
Carry out periodic preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Assist in technical inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
Prepare work reports, inspection forms, and technical documentation.
Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with safety guidelines and industry standards.
Collaborate with engineers and clients to resolve technical issues.
Maintain and care for tools, equipment, and company vehicles properly.
Attend project sites or customer locations as required by the job.

6. PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATOR

Prepare and manage Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) requests.
Collect quotations from suppliers and prepare price comparison tables.
Review and update purchase records, ensuring all procurement documents are complete and accurate.
Coordinate the delivery of goods and ensure receipt according to specifications.
Liaise with suppliers on pricing, quantity, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
Support audit processes by providing relevant procurement records and reports.
Ensure compliance with the company's procurement policies and procedures.
Assist in the periodic evaluation of supplier performance.

7. CIVIL ENGINEER

Merancang dan merekabentuk struktur, sistem saliran, jalan raya, dan infrastruktur lain.
Menyelia pelaksanaan kerja di tapak projek dan memastikan kerja mematuhi pelan, spesifikasi teknikal, dan piawaian keselamatan.
Menyediakan laporan teknikal, jadual kerja, bajet dan dokumentasi berkaitan projek.
Menyemak dan meluluskan lukisan teknikal serta laporan kemajuan daripada kontraktor/subkontraktor.
Melaksanakan pemeriksaan kualiti dan pengujian bahan binaan serta memastikan pematuhan kepada spesifikasi.
Menyelesaikan isu teknikal yang timbul semasa perlaksanaan projek.
Berurusan dan menyelaras dengan agensi kerajaan, pihak berkuasa tempatan, kontraktor, dan perunding.
Menghadiri mesyuarat tapak dan memberi nasihat teknikal kepada pihak pengurusan dan pelanggan.

8. IT EXECUTIVE

Menyediakan sokongan teknikal kepada pengguna berkaitan isu komputer, rangkaian, pencetak, e-mel dan perisian.
Memasang, menyelenggara dan mengemas kini sistem komputer, perisian dan peralatan ICT.
Memastikan sistem rangkaian (internet, server, Wi-Fi, firewall) berfungsi dengan baik.
Menyelia sandaran data (data backup) dan memastikan keselamatan sistem maklumat syarikat.
Mengurus dan memantau sistem e-mel, akaun pengguna, dan kawalan capaian (access control).
Berurusan dengan pembekal perisian/perkakasan dan pihak ketiga berkaitan sokongan IT.
Menyediakan dokumentasi teknikal dan laporan berkaitan sistem dan isu yang diselesaikan.
Menyokong pelaksanaan sistem baharu atau naik taraf teknologi di dalam organisasi.

9. QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Cost Control & Budgeting: Supports the Construction Manager by tracking project costs and ensuring alignment with the financial plan.
Procurement & Contract Management: Assists in preparing tender documents and managing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
Progress Monitoring & Valuation: Works with the Construction Manager to verify completed work and recommend payment valuations.
Risk & Value Management: Identifies cost-related risks early and recommends value engineering solutions to optimize project outcomes.

10. SAFETY & HEALTH EXECUTIVE

Assist in conducting site safety inspections and identifying unsafe practices or conditions.
Help with the preparation of safety reports and documents (e.g., safety checklists, inspection reports).
Support the team in organizing toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and safety inductions for new workers.
Assist in incident reporting and investigation, including collecting basic details and photos.
Make sure that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is available and used correctly.
Help maintain safety signboards, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits on-site.
Attend and assist during emergency drills or training programs.

11. QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN

Assist in conducting daily inspections of work in progress and completed works.
Help ensure materials received at site/factory meet required specifications.
Report any defects or non-conformance found during inspection to the QC Supervisor.
Assist in preparing quality checklists, reports, and records.
Tag and record non-compliant materials or work, and follow up on corrective actions.
Support in maintaining project/site quality files and documentation.
Attend site meetings or toolbox briefings related to quality.
