I really enjoy working at Synergycentric with the Project Management team. I have gained valuable experience in improving documentation and taking meeting minutes. Additionally, I have become more responsible in organizing accommodations and transportation for project members during out-of-town trips. The culture at Synergycentric is the most enjoyable I have experienced, with flexible working hours and a focus on completing tasks rather than strict hours. One of the highlights of the job is traveling to client sites almost every week, which has helped me develop skills in client interaction.
