During my time as a practical student in the Research and Development Department at Tabung Haji, I worked under a supervisor for 3 months from November 7, 2016 to February 10, 2017. My responsibilities included assisting in the transition from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015, managing the KPI of the department, acting as a temporary secretary, participating in the Roadshow Haji as a technical staff member, and taking part in the Kursus Teras. I am eager to continue learning and gaining experience in a professional setting, and I am committed to contributing to society through my work. I am reliable, punctual, and adept at solving both individual and group assignments.
