E-commerce Customer Service Representative :

Responsibilities

1. Customer Support

· Handling Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone across various platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, webstore, etc.).

· Order Assistance: Assist customers with order placement, payment processes, and cancellations to ensure a seamless purchasing experience.

· Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.

· Post-Sales Support: Provide after-sales support, such as tracking orders, managing returns/exchanges, and processing refunds.

2. Chat Monitoring and Engagement

· Live Chat Management: Monitor and manage live chats during regular business hours and during the designated weekday night (work from home) to ensure all conversations are resolved.

· Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, offering assistance and product recommendations to enhance their experience.

3. Seller Centre Management

· Product Listing: Manage product listings on marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. Ensure all product information, descriptions, and images are accurate and optimized for visibility.

· Upload and update product listings, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and images

.· Promotions: Plan and manage promotional activities, such as product discounts, bundle deals, and flash sales on e-commerce platforms.

· Advertising Management: Oversee Shopee Ads and Lazada Ads, optimizing ad spend and targeting to drive traffic and sales.

4. Returns and Refund Management

· Marketplace Returns: Manage and verify returns and refunds from platforms like Shopee and Lazada.

· Restocking: Ensure returned parcels are processed accurately and restocked in inventory.

· Warehouse Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse team to manage returned goods efficiently.5. Warehouse Support

· Peak Day Assistance: Assist the warehouse team with packing and fulfillment during peak periods, such as major sales events or high-demand days.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour break)

One Weekday Night (Work from Home): 9:00 PM – 9:30 PM (to answer and close all chats)

Weekend Shift: 4.5 hours on Saturday or Sunday, 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM (1-hour break)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
