Working alongside my colleagues, we collaborated effectively, negotiated differing opinions, supported each other in challenging situations, and ensured our work schedules were organized. I particularly enjoyed interacting with various stakeholders, improving student welfare, and gaining insights into event hosting and feedback analysis for future improvements.
