Every day, I report to the service executive and service clerk to submit work orders for repairs and service jobs on various equipment such as Nissan forklifts, John Deere tractors, Sumitomo excavators, SDLG shovels, and Ingersoll Rand vibratory compactors. The company's main focus is on sales, servicing, and repairing both new and old light and heavy equipment. The most challenging aspect of my job is having to deal with different types of customers and machinery in various locations each day, as well as preparing quotations for customer approval. I have gained experience in creating quotations, addressing customer complaints, troubleshooting, and diagnosing issues with electrical, engine, and hydraulic systems.
