Tentang Technomeiji Rubber Sdn Bhd

A joint-venture company with share-holdings by Zebcycle Sdn Bhd and Meiji Flow Systems (Japan), incorporated in 1994 (together with Proton at the time) to manufacture and supply automotive hoses to OEM car manufacturers, the Technomeiji Rubber Plant commenced its operations at Arab-Malaysian Industrial Park in Nilai in 1996. It is a fully integrated plant with manufacturing processes from hose manufacturing to final assembly of automotive hoses, catering to the needs of the regional car assembly plants in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam, such as Proton, Perodua, Modenas, Mitsubishi (Thailand), Honda (Thailand, Vietnam), Suzuki (Indonesia), ADM (Indonesia), Yamaha (Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam) to name a few. Technomeiji Rubber set up overseas plants for hose-assembly only in Thailand (2006) and Indonesia (2010), and a hose-manufacturing plant in Vietnam at end of 2016.

 

The company attained the ISO/TS *6949:2002 Quality System Accreditation in 2006.
