Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Performance Management

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to update management on store performance
Monitor key sales indicators and identify areas for improvement
Assist in implementing and enforcing company policies, procedures, and promotional activities

2. Operations & Administration

Manage monthly staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and smooth operations
Apply for or renew the store’s business license as required
Verify and reconcile daily sales and cash register reports accurately
Collect and submit all required documentation to HQ in a timely manner
Document and report any incidents such as customer complaints, equipment malfunctions, or staff issues
Product and sales training as required

3. Daily Store Management

Conduct quick team briefings at the start of each shift to communicate daily targets, promotions, and operational updates
Inspect the store for cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness before opening
Ensure all cash registers and POS systems are fully operational
Arrange products and displays according to visual merchandising standards
Assist during peak hours to ensure efficient customer service and reduced waiting times

4. Team Leadership and Supervision

Monitor team performance and provide immediate feedback, guidance, and support
Enforce company policies and maintain staff discipline and morale
Supervise, motivate, and mentor the store team to maintain a positive and productive work environment
Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities
Interview and hiring talent for store purpose

5. Sales and Customer Service

Conduct regular briefings to align the team with daily sales targets, promotions, and operational updates
Handle escalated customer complaints or special requests professionally and promptly
Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service by all team members
