We are constantly working at a fast pace in everything we do, which can be challenging because TUV-SUD is not yet a well-established company in the Malaysia Oil and Gas market, despite being around for 15 years. The biggest challenge lies in breaking into the market and securing sales, as we have to compete with more recognized competitors. Additionally, there are disagreements within management, as the Malaysia office reports to the Singapore office. This can be problematic as the two markets are very different, and we believe we have a better understanding of our clients' needs compared to the Singapore office.
