Union Pak Limited is one of the leading manufacturers of high-quality disposable food packaging products, specializing in the design and production of injection-moulded PP food containers. Established in 2011, we have over a decade of experience in manufacturing and international sales, with a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and customer service.

To better serve our global customers and respond to the evolving market demands, we are excited to announce the relocation of our manufacturing facilities to Johor Bahru, Malaysia, effective June 2025. This strategic move will allow us to optimize our production capabilities, enhance supply chain efficiency, and remain closer to key international markets.

Our new plant in Johor Bahru will be equipped with state-of-the-art injection machines, advanced QA systems, and a dedicated tool room staffed by experienced engineers capable of both maintaining existing moulds and developing new ones. We continue to use a central feeding system to ensure material hygiene, improve labor efficiency, and guarantee safe, high-quality products.

Union Pak's core products include microwavable containers, deli containers, and PP cutlery, all manufactured using premium virgin PP material. These products are durable, visually appealing, and safe for both heating and freezing. All our items have passed SGS testing, hold FDA certifications, and are compliant with international food contact safety standards.
