Tentang UP SPACE SOLUTIONS DEVELOPMENT (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD

Beginning with the success in Vietnam, UPGen redesigns the world of Work from the ground up; helping businesses navigate the complexities of finding a workplace, creating spaces that inspire, and building a community of passionate innovators. Founded in 2016, UPGen now spans over 17 locations and 60,000m2+ in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City with locations opening in Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur in Q4 of 2019.

UPGen relentlessly challenges the status quo, striving to unshackle businesses in Southeast Asia with innovative workplaces that allow you to focus time and capital on what you do best. We do this by redesigning the way you work with office space solutions that flex and grow with you.

Businesses large and small face significant challenges beyond merely securing space to work in. UPGen solves these problems with a suite of solutions – from financing through to digital tools – all personalized to the business’s needs.

More than space, we seek to deliver innovative, holistic workplace solutions designed for specific business needs at any stage of growth. We cater to a vibrant ecosystem of ambitious innovators – individuals, start-ups and large corporates.

Our businesses work synergistically together. UPBase serves to support start-ups in beautifully designed ‘Co-Working 2.0’ spaces amplified by a host of services designed to help them thrive. While with UPScale, we scale up businesses and corporates to the next level by eliminating (almost) all stressors associated with ‘space’.
