I typically begin work at 8am and finish at 5pm, but I am able to continue working after hours as needed for my lab work and bacteria cultures, which require specific observation times ranging from 24 to 120 hours. I have gained valuable experience in lab techniques, equipment, and procedures. The management fosters a positive work environment that is conducive to research needs. The most challenging aspect of my job was coordinating equipment usage with others, as resources were limited. However, the most rewarding part of my job was achieving successful results and being able to share them with colleagues.
