Machine Operations

Detailed Responsibilities:

Machine Setup & Calibration:
Adjust and configure the HP 200K machine for different product runs, including setting parameters such as material thickness, speed, resolution, and color consistency.
Conduct test runs to verify the settings and ensure that the machine is producing accurate outputs.
Production Execution:
Manage daily production schedules and ensure the machine operates continuously without delays.
Monitor the quality of outputs in real-time and make adjustments as needed to maintain consistency and minimize wastage.
Ensure all materials are prepared and loaded properly to prevent interruptions in production.
Preventive and Reactive Maintenance:
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance, such as cleaning nozzles, lubricating moving parts, and replacing worn components.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or software-related issues that arise during production.
Collaborate with third-party technical support for complex repairs or upgrades.
Data Collection & Reporting:
Record production metrics, such as machine uptime, material usage, and output quality.
Generate detailed reports for review by the production and management teams, highlighting areas of improvement.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure the machine area is free of hazards.
Train other team members on proper machine usage and emergency protocols.
Involves Collaboration With:
Production Planning Team: For scheduling and meeting delivery timelines.
Maintenance Team: For complex repairs or specialized technical support.
Quality Assurance Team: To ensure that outputs meet the required standards and specifications.
Procurement Team: To ensure that sufficient materials and spare parts are available.
R&D Team: For advanced material and technical exploration.
Design Team: To refine product aesthetics and usability.
Sales & Marketing Teams: To align with customer demands and market strategies.
Finance Team: For budgeting and cost analysis.
Suppliers/Vendors: To source materials or obtain specialized tools for testing.

Additional Responsibilities:

Continuous Learning & Development:
Stay updated on HP 200K machine upgrades, new features, and industry advancements.
Attend workshops, webinars, or training sessions related to machine technology and product innovation.
Process Optimization:
Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the production and innovation processes and propose solutions to improve output.
Test and implement new workflows that enhance the machine’s capabilities.
Documentation:
Maintain a centralized database of all production and innovation processes, machine settings, and material specifications.
Prepare detailed progress reports for management on innovation projects and machine performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
