Tentang WABAG MUHIBBAH JV SDN. BHD.

Wabag Muhibbah JV Sdn Bhd is a joint venture incorporated in Malaysia – in result from Va Tech Wabag Ltd sealing an agreement of 70:30 joint venture with Muhibbah Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd. The investment from the joint venture is to cover the Rapid complex’s effluent and waste water treatment in Pengerang, Johor, with the aim to below the regulatory discharge limits incorporating by implementing new ideas and most up to date features for water treatment system.

Wabag Muhibbah JV Sdn Bhd was awarded with the project by PRPC Utilities and Facilities Sdn. Bhd (PRPC UF), a subsidiary under the Petronas group, on 12th October 2015. The company would be carrying out a design competition for re-feed and engineering jobs as well as procurement, construction and commissioning works on the ETP project.
