A subsidiary of Yinda Group which was founded in 1997 and started as an electronic communication research institute  in 1988 and  started the related network delivery and equipment installation in late 1980-1990.

From the delivery of China's first generation of simulation mobile network to the installation of GSM and to  the third and the fourth generation of digital mobile communication development .We have witnessed, experienced the rapid development of mobile communication technology.
