For over 3 years, YL Grown Development Sdn Bhd (“YL Grown”) has been offering affordable

housing solution for construction, property investment, and property management for both

corporate and privately-owned properties.

It all started in 2019, when a group of individuals with extensive experience and insights in

affordable housing and construction industry decided to collaborate and unite as YL Grown.

100% Malaysian-owned, YL Grown is spearheaded by its Managing Director (Austin Chuah

Chin Chai), and a board of highly capable individuals.

YL Grown takes pride in our success and capability of managing various projects categorised

under the Affordable Housing Concept, mainly residential projects, that have been completed

and handed over to buyers. Among them include Taman Bentara, Taman Cemara Kelanang,

Taman Mawar, Taman Bayu Indah, Taman Amanah, Taman Teluk Nipah, Taman Orkid Maju,

Taman Putra Height Jaya, Taman Sungai Pinang, Taman Cahaya, Taman Intan Baiduri, Taman

Srikandi, and many more.

Apart from that, YL Grown is also currently completing several other ongoing projects,

including housing and construction works in Shah Alam, Klang, Kuala Langat, Sabak Bernam,

and Sepang.

As a competitive entity, YL Grown is always restless and constantly looking for ways to spread

our wings. We decided to venture into mixed-use development of commercial and residential

projects as this combined development has slowly gained popularity, among both urban and

suburban communities. We believed that by collaborating with landowners and the locals,
